If you are visiting Myrtle Beach the best area to stay in is Ocean Boulevard area, which is just a few minutes from the airport and offers impressive views over the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, as well as relaxing white sand beaches, which both morning and night are the perfect place for a walk. You also have an array of alternative entertainment options nearby.

The area boasts some great options for shopping and eating out, although we recommend going to Broadway at the Beach, an amazing place to visit and just 1.5 km from here, which offers something for everyone: shops, restaurants, pottering around, activities and ample space for enjoying the views and relaxing. It’s also a great option for those looking for nightlife.

Next to Broadway at the Beach you will find the baseball stadium, home to the Myrtle Beach Pelicans, where you can watch an exciting game and taste delicious hot dogs for a very reasonable price, which also offers free parking. If you are a more of a golf person, you will also be spoilt for choice.

Just 10 minutes away by car, there are several other main attractions worth visiting: The Myrtle Waves Waterpark, Family Kingdom Theme Park, Ripley´s Believe It Or Not Museum, and the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk with live music, bars and restaurants.

Nearby excursions include, Alligator Adventure, a swamp park displaying various reptiles and other native animal life. Head to the O.D. Pavilion Amusement Park for traditional carnival rides and snacks. The area also offers access to McLean Park, a lovely space to enjoy the lake and a picnic.
